Coffee from Mexico’s Chiapas region meets our smooth Brazilian medium roast. Dark-chocolate and roasted-nut notes give this classic medium roast plenty of depth and character.

Our house blend, with vanilla, red cherries, nuts and caramel.
Our original blend combines dark-roasted Brazilian coffee from Mogiana with coffees from Ethiopia and Honduras. Rich and distinctive, with vanilla, red cherries, nuts and caramel. An espresso essential that also works across other brewing methods.

HANDSOME JACK
Dark roast • Sumatra, Brazil
Cedar, nut and citrus, with a thick, velvety finish.
Named after an exceptionally handsome cat, this blend combines dark-roasted Brazilian coffee from Mogiana with coffee from Sumatra’s Bener Meriah region. Rich, creamy and full-bodied, with a long, satisfying finish.

GOOD COMPANY
Medium roast • Tanzania, Brazil
Brown sugar, vanilla and hints of licorice. Bold and velvety.
Brazilian coffee from Mogiana provides a smooth, chocolatey base, while Tanzanian Peaberry from Mount Meru adds depth and complexity. A rich, full-bodied medium-dark roast with a thick mouthfeel and lingering finish, enjoyed black or with milk.

Red cherries, sweet nutty undertones and a lingering finish.
Fully washed Kenyan coffee grown on the slopes of Mount Kenya meets medium-roasted Brazilian coffee from Mogiana. Vibrant red-cherry and stone-fruit notes balance a full-bodied, nutty base.

ETHICALLY SOURCED
We choose our coffee with care. Our Brazilian beans come from ethical co-ops that support farmers and responsible relationships with the land.
HIGH QUALITY
Our coffees are specialty grade, scoring 80 points or above. We roast each bean with care for its unique qualities and the work behind it.
FRESHLY ROASTED
We roast in small batches four times a week and work closely with partner roasters, blending fresh beans with quick turnover to preserve their flavours.
