We love that everyone has been enjoying our new shop. But to ensure a positive experience for all of our customers, we realized that we now need to have a photography policy in place.
PRIVACY AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Please be mindful that your photography or video activities respect the needs and privacy of other customers and do not distract staff from their primary duties. Full Bloom Coffee Roasters reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withhold and/or withdraw permission to photograph or record on its premises if it is a disruption for other customers.
Photographs are a wonderful way to remember your visit. For your own enjoyment, visitors and members are welcome to take snapshot photographs of plants, individuals and subjects that capture the events of your visit. Full Bloom Coffee Roasters defines a snapshot as an informal photograph that is shot spontaneously and quickly without artistic intent. You may share your photos of Full Bloom Coffee Roasters on social media outlets, including Facebook and Instagram.
LIVE-STREAMING VIDEO APPS
Live-streaming video apps (e.g., Instagram and Facebook Live) are permitted, subject to the same conditions described above. We ask that live broadcasts respect the privacy of other customers, and that staff not be interviewed or otherwise engaged in a way that takes them away from their primary job duties.
PORTRAIT OR BRAND SOCIAL MEDIA PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO POLICY
This includes all personal blog/influencer profile, brand social media pages, wedding, engagement, family, maternity, portfolio and any other posed portraiture of individuals or products by professional photographers, as well as semi-pro, pro-am or amateur photographers, whether paid or unpaid.
If you are doing photos for 1–2 people, you can come in at any point during our opening hours. Just come up to the counter and let us know before you start. But, if you are at all interrupting other customers, we reserve the right to ask you to stop.
Maximum two people per photograph.
Tripods or additional photography equipment are prohibited.
Props and clothing changes are prohibited.
Natural light only; no flash or other supplemental light.
No furniture can be moved.

If more than 2 people are being photographed, you cannot use our store for photos while we’re open. You can, however, book a time slot in advance during a time we are closed for business. All group photography must be approved and scheduled in advance. Photographers who do not pre-schedule will be asked to stop.
Scheduling must be done via email (email@example.com). No phone calls, please.
There is a fee for such booking. Please note that payment must be given at the time of your scheduled session.
To book our space for photos, we require at least 48-hours notice. Anything less will be an automatic denial of the request.
All furniture must be returned to its original position and you will be responsible for any clean up or damages.
We define Commercial Photography as wholesale, retail, and professional uses of photography for advertisement. All Commercial Photography requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for inquiries.
