• Each Customer Rewards Card has a unique barcode. A customer must have their Rewards card on them to earn or redeem Rewards points.

• Lost or stolen cards cost $20 to replace.

• Full Bloom Coffee Roasters Ltd. reserves the right to change rewards rates or discontinue Customer Rewards Program at any time.

• Rewards are not redeemable or refundable for cash.

• Rewards are non-transferable.

• Your rewards can be applied to any menu or merch item at Full Bloom, not just coffee.
