Full Bloom Coffee Roasters is seeking a versatile individual to join our team as a Brand and Creative Project Coordinator with a focus on Event Management and Research & Development. RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and strategies for research and development initiatives. Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring timely completion, successful outcomes and holding to a budget.​

Attention to Detail: Maintain meticulous attention to detail in both organizational aspects and visual aesthetics. Uphold the integrity of our brand image and messaging across all platforms. Take action to improve the aesthetic in our cafe while keeping to our overall identity.

Customer Communication: Oversee our social media inbox and comment communications

Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing teams including designers, social media managers, and other stakeholders to drive cross-functional alignment and execution.

Research & Development: Work with management with research efforts to explore new ideas, products, and strategies to enhance our offerings and stay ahead of industry trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, prototype, and test innovative concepts.

Sourcing and Coordination: Identify and procure resources, services, and expertise required for research and development projects. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and optimize project outcomes.

Coffee Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of coffee and the intricacies of running a food service business to inform research and development efforts.

Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and execute engaging events that enhance brand presence and foster community connections.

Self-Leadership: Demonstrate initiative and autonomy in managing tasks and projects. Proactively follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
These responsibilities fully encompass the role and its importance to the general physical upkeep and messaging of the Full Bloom brand. We are seeking an individual who can not only participate in our existing ecosystem, but visualize and direct the next steps.
We are seeking a proactive and self-driven individual for this role, which comes with significant autonomy. The ideal candidate will excel in time management to achieve projects and goals within designated timeframes and will be adept at communicating any issues to management. Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to accept constructive criticism are essential.

This is a full time position primarily based at our Full Bloom Head Office at 22 Sweet Briar Road, St. Clair.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, though equivalent experience will also be considered.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in project management, brand coordination, research and development or related fields.

Transportation is a plus, as occasionally driving to coordinate projects may be required. (Transportation costs will be covered)
