Our first blend, the foundation of our espresso bar. Our classic Brazilian beans from the Mogiana region are roasted dark for maximum nuttiness and blended with Ethiopian and Honduran coffees from ethical co-ops in the Agra Gera and La Coipa regions. Notes of vanilla, red cherry, nuts and caramel are abundant in this distinctive blend of specialty coffee.The Start Up is an absolute must for espresso, but still shines with other brew methods. For the fans of a rich dark roast.
