The best of both roast profiles come together to create the perfectly balanced cup, every time. Our Brazillian beans are sourced from an extremely diverse and ethical co-op, who work with coffee, cocoa and citrus farmers in the Mogiana region of São Paolo. These Brazilian beans are roasted in two batches, one medium for sweetness and acidity; and one dark, for nuttiness and deep caramel undertones. Together, these roasts create something unique and satisfying, our best seller for a reason!
